Premium Freeze Dried Ingredients

Welcome to Brooke & Bradford! We are happy to have you here because what we do everyday is for you. We founded Brooke & Bradford in 2013 after one of the owners was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. After many frustrating trips to the grocery store, we came to realize that gluten-free soups were scarce in the canned version, and non-existent in the instant version, so we decided to make our own!

Our flagship products at the time were our Chili, Vegetable Chili and Fajita Steak instant soups. After finding success with the sales of these soups and hearing such amazingly positive feedback, we decided to expand our certified gluten-free offerings into additional product lines. We currently produce individual freeze dried ingredients, instant meals, instant soups, instant cereals, pet treats, powders, herbs, and pharmaceuticals.

In addition to our own branded products, we also offer Enterprise solutions for food manufacturers, retail brands, grocery retailers, and corporations. If you would like to discuss wholesale and custom contract manufacturing opportunities, please visit our Services page to apply for an Enterprise account.

We commit to ourselves, our team, and to our consumers on a daily basis to provide healthy, safe, and tasty food.

Our Commitment to Quality and Safety

We take our responsibility for providing high quality and safe food very seriously. We have voluntarily pursued and acquired safe food manufacturing accreditations, gluten-free certifications, and responsible business practice accreditations. We work hard to train our team on safe food handling procedures, proper sanitation techniques, and we only source from companies that share our dedication to safe food. If you are interested in some very exciting reading, below are the links to the certification bodies that we work with to maintain our ultra premium quality, safe food, and high business standards:

Honest, Trustworthy, Safe

The Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program is a rigorous and credible food safety and quality program that is recognized by retailers, brand owners, and food service providers world-wide. Recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), the SQF family of food safety and quality codes are designed to meet industry, customer, and regulatory requirements for all sectors of the food supply chain – from the farm all the way to the retail stores. This rigorous farm-to-fork food safety and quality certification helps food producers assure their buyers that their food products have been grown, processed, prepared and handled according to the highest possible global food safety standards.

Agencies of the USDA help to keep America’s farmers and ranchers in business and ensure that the nation’s commercial supply of meat, poultry, and egg products is safe, wholesome, and properly labeled. They also help to ensure the health and care of animals and plants and the health of the land through sustainable management, and they work to improve the economy and quality of life in all of rural America.

We work closely with our team of USDA inspectors in the state of Utah to ensure that our meat and poultry handling procedures are correct, implemented, and executed at a level above the industry standard. We are proud to be a Talmadge-Aiken certified plant and we enjoy providing high quality, certified gluten-free meat based products.
