FOOD RETURNS

Since our product is perishable, we do not accept returns, whether opened or unopened. If you purchased a Brooke & Bradford item at a store, or somewhere other than through us directly, please return your product to the same vendor that you purchased it from. 

FOOD REFUNDS

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately at sales@brookeandbradford.com and we will attempt to remedy the issue. If we feel that you have a legitimate reason for a refund, we will discuss this with you. Please provide us with documentation of your purchase, such as a receipt, pictures, and written documentation as to why you are unhappy with the product. We welcome your feedback and would like you to be happy with your purchase.

NON-FOOD RETURNS
If you receive a product that is defective, please first email us to tell us that you are returning the product, and then send your product with receipt to the address below. If we believe that a refund is warranted and you purchased a Brooke & Bradford product directly from us, then we will credit your account in the same form of your original payment; credit card, cash or check. If you purchased a Brooke & Bradford item at a store, or somewhere other than through us directly, please return your product to the same vendor that you purchased it from.
