We are proud to be certified gluten-free by GFCO! We take being gluten-free very seriously as one of the founders of Brooke & Bradford has been diagnosed with Celiac disease. In fact, one of the reasons that Brooke & Bradford was founded was to provide a gluten-free soup option for our owner, a product that is typically always made with gluten. 

About our Facility

We are not only certified gluten-free, but we are also a completely gluten-free facility. Our vendors and suppliers go through a rigorous application process to ensure that they are not accidentally introducing gluten into our facility. Our employees are well trained on the hazards of gluten, and are not allowed to bring it into the facility for their own personal consumption. We test for gluten on a regular and consistent basis, and have had no instances of gluten contamination. Our testing procedures allow us to test for gluten at 1 ppm and we have never failed our testing at that level. The FDA has their standard set at 20 ppm, so we are proud that we test our products at a safer than the FDA even deems necessary. 

When dealing with a gluten allergy, there is no acceptable range that gluten could be present at. We are confident that when our test results show that there is no gluten at 1 ppm that there is no gluten at all, which is why we test at the lowest level possible.
